Antica Enotria regards organic farming not as a technique but as a way of life. The Di Tuccio family seeks to preserve the natural flavour of grapes, tomatoes and vegetables and therefore works to the rhythm of the seasons. In the vineyard, local identity, healthy soil and a direct connection between land, craft and finished product are central.

The business is located near Cerignola in Apulia and is based at Masseria Contessa Staffa, a historic eighteenth-century farmstead. The entire operation converted to organic farming in 1993. Alongside wines made from varieties including Nero di Troia, Primitivo and Negroamaro, the family produces organic preserves, tomatoes and sauces from its own crops.
