Bodega de Forlong makes artisanal organic wines that allow the character of El Puerto de Santa María and its chalky albariza soil to shine through. The producer favours manual work, small-scale production and limited intervention, respecting natural processes in the vineyard and cellar. Its aim is to create free-spirited, individual wines that combine Cádiz's Atlantic climate with a contemporary sense of curiosity.

The project was founded in 2014 and operates from the El Olivar de Forlón vineyard, between Jerez and the coast. Forlong uses both traditional Cádiz grapes and other varieties, and vinifies in a range of vessels and materials. The combination of sea breezes, sunshine, chalky soil and organic cultivation produces fresh, distinctive wines with a pronounced local character.
