Vineyard of Bodegas Mauro

Bodegas Mauro strives to produce powerful yet balanced wines that combine ripeness, precision and long development in bottle. The family business works plot by plot and invests in healthier soils and biodynamic methods to sustainably improve grape quality. Its ambition is to retain a distinctive style of its own, independent of trends, with Tempranillo as the principal variety.

Mauro was founded in 1980 by Mariano García and is based in Tudela de Duero. The wines are released under IGP Castilla y León and primarily combine Tempranillo with carefully selected other varieties. A previously registered Demeter status expired in March 2026; consequently, a current biodynamic certification or conversion status has not been publicly confirmed at present.
