Entre Vinyes

Entre Vinyes seeks to make free-spirited, natural wines that bring old vineyards and Mediterranean grapes to life in a playful way. The team farms organically, harvests by hand and intervenes as little as possible in the cellar. Its ambition is to make fresh, uncontrived wines that combine tradition with experimentation without losing the identity of Xarel·lo and other local varieties.

The estate is based in L'Arboç, in Penedès, and makes pét-nat and orange wine alongside still wines. Entre Vinyes uses varieties including Xarel·lo Vermell and matures selected wines in Georgian qvevris. Its organic processing is currently linked to CCPAE; Demeter certification has not been demonstrated. Small production runs and alternative vinification methods characterise the range.
