Vineyard of Foradori

Foradori regards wine as a living product that should preserve the identity of grape, soil and Alpine landscape. The family works biodynamically and intervenes as little as possible in the cellar, allowing natural expression to take priority. Respect for the earth, independence and attentive work are central, with the aim of achieving harmony between people, farming and nature.

The estate was founded in 1901 and is now run by Emilio, Theo and Myrtha Zierock, with Elisabetta Foradori remaining an important source of inspiration. Foradori helped restore Teroldego genetically and culturally through massal selection. The vineyards have been ICEA- and Demeter-certified since 2009. Clay tinajas, wood, cement and spontaneous fermentation define the distinctive cellar style.
