Perlage aims to make sparkling wine with respect for people, nature and the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene. The family business uses organic farming as its foundation and applies biodynamic principles where appropriate to the product and plot. Innovation, transparent production and attention to animal-derived ingredients support the goal of making sustainable Prosecco for a broad audience.

The Nardi family began organic winegrowing in 1985, and Perlage now states that its entire production is certified organic. Since 2012, it has worked without processing aids or products of animal origin. Demeter applies to specific biodynamic wines, including Borgo Faveri, and not automatically to the entire range. The business produces both Prosecco DOC and Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG.
