Planeta aims to reveal Sicily's diversity by connecting wine with landscape, agriculture, culture and hospitality. The family operates in several locations and seeks suitable grapes and styles for each area. Sustainable cultivation, research and the preservation of local biodiversity support the aim of making modern Sicilian wine without losing the individuality of each origin.

Planeta is a large family business with wine estates in several Sicilian areas, including Menfi, Vittoria, Noto, Etna and Capo Milazzo. The range includes local and international varieties, still wine and olive oil. The entire cultivated area is described as certified organic; however, a separate public wine certificate and the responsible inspection body have not been established for the complete range.
