Caves Beissel is a small family estate in Bous with organic viticulture at its heart. Joé Beissel aims to produce pure Luxembourg Moselle wines, with a focus on healthy vineyards, natural balance and a distinctive sense of origin. Personal craftsmanship and respect for the landscape shape the estate's direction.

The estate covers approximately five hectares and is officially registered as an EU organic operation. Organic wine is its speciality, and crémant is also part of the range. Caves Beissel welcomes visitors by appointment at the Route de Stadtbredimus in Bous, giving tastings a personal and intimate character.
