Domaine de Doriémont aims to produce wines that authentically express the terroir of Gochenée while respecting its living ecosystem. The estate is certified organic and Demeter, and seeks balance between soil, plant, animal and environment through meticulous biodynamic vineyard management. Origin, transparency and sustainable development remain central throughout.

The south-facing vineyard covers approximately one hectare of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir on schist-rich soil. The land is worked using animal traction, while rye, vetch and field beans grow between the rows. The estate has been biodynamically certified since 2023. Alongside its small wine production, La Tiny de Doriémont offers intimate accommodation and a vineyard experience.
