Vineyard of Domaine de Longuesault

Domaine de Longuesault is a family-run organic wine estate in Ere, near Tournai. It aims to produce original, approachable wines from resistant grape varieties that suit the Belgian climate and can grow in harmony with their surroundings with fewer treatments. Origin, transparency and sustainable development remain central throughout.

Philippe Couplet and Lara Safiannikoff planted the 2.8-hectare vineyard in 2020 on the historic family farm. Six resistant varieties are grown: Regent, Cabernet Cortis, Rondo, Souvignier Gris, Johanniter and Muscaris. The first harvest followed in 2022. The estate handles every production stage itself and makes white, red, rosé and sparkling wine.
