Domaine de Quantole is a family-run organic wine estate in Horion-Hozémont. Innovation and sustainability guide the project, from climate-suitable resistant grape varieties to full control of the production chain, with quality and respect for the vines and their surroundings as its goals. Origin, transparency and sustainable development remain central throughout.

The six-hectare estate was planted with interspecific varieties from 2017 onwards. Yield per vine is deliberately restricted and the wine is given time to mature on the estate. The range includes dry and sweet white and rosé wines, as well as white and rosé sparkling wines aged on the lees for eighteen to thirty months. Visits and tastings are available by appointment.
