Domaine des Lowas is a small-scale organic wine estate in Grez-Doiceau. It focuses on resilient grape varieties, careful cellar work and collaboration, with the aim of producing expressive Brabant wines that bring together fruit, roundness and natural processes. Origin, transparency and sustainable development remain central throughout.

The estate produces sparkling wine from varieties including Souvignier Gris and Johanniter, while Divico gives the rosé cuvée its colour and red-fruit character. It also produces still white wines from Johanniter, Souvignier Gris and Muscaris. Longer ageing on racks refines the sparkling wines. Bruno Jadoul works with oenologist Laetitia Vankerkoven and participates in the Perwez co-operative winery.
