Domaine Krier-Welbes has been an organic wine estate since 2009. The family aims to pass healthy vineyards and expressive Moselle wines on to future generations by combining classic varieties with practical innovation. Organic cultivation, disease-resistant grape varieties and a strong crémant tradition together form its forward-looking approach.

The estate cultivates approximately 14 hectares in Schengen and Stadtbredimus. Alongside traditional varieties, it experiments with PIWI varieties such as Sauvignac, Cabernet Blanc and Cabaret Noir. Just over 30% of the harvest is made into Crémant de Luxembourg. The current range includes three brut cuvées, including Le Castel and the white and rosé Julie Prestige.

The profile combines ripe apple, pear, white flowers and soft almond with a rounded texture, gentle acidity and an approachable finish. The wine contains 12.0% alcohol and is offered in a 75cl bottle. Serve chilled with fish, asparagus, salads, quiche or light poultry dishes.
