Vineyard of Domaine La Falize

Domaine La Falize produces terroir-driven wines with the utmost respect for nature and the environment. Organic farming and certified biodynamic viticulture are intended to strengthen healthy soils and allow the character of individual plots to speak clearly, without obscuring the identity of the grape or vintage. Origin, transparency and sustainable development remain central throughout.

The first Chardonnay was planted in 2012; the wine estate now comprises several plots, as well as Savagnin and a small planting of Pinot Noir. Almost all vineyard work is carried out by hand. The wines ferment spontaneously, undergo malolactic fermentation and generally mature for twelve months in small oak barrels, with a strongly plot-focused approach.
