Domaine Tour de Tilice aims to produce refined organic sparkling wines that unite Liège terroir, tradition and modernity. Biodiversity, carefully selected plots and patient ageing form the basis of sparkling wines made entirely on the family estate. Origin, transparency and sustainable development remain central throughout.

The vineyard covers approximately 12.5 hectares and lies ten kilometres from Liège. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grow alongside the resistant varieties Muscaris and Johanniter. The four sparkling cuvées are made using the traditional method, age on racks for at least twenty months and are extra brut. The estate is based at an eighteenth-century family farm featuring the historic Tour de Tilice.
