Domaine Vins des Cinq, also known as Domaine XXV, is a family vineyard in Couthuin. The estate aims to produce organic terroir wines that respect nature and express the unique characteristics of the Meuse Valley in a balanced way, with biodiversity and sustainable energy as consistent principles.

The vineyard covers approximately nine hectares on a south-facing slope with shallow clay over schist and sandstone. Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Müller-Thurgau are used for white, rosé and sparkling wines. Beehives, insect hotels and perennial plants support biodiversity, while solar panels make the cellar energy self-sufficient. Visitors can book guided tours or stay at XXV House.
