Herdade do Rocim aims to make fresh, elegant wines that clearly express their Portuguese origin. The family project combines sustainable viticulture and minimal intervention with traditional techniques, including vinification in Alentejo clay talhas.

The estate between Vidigueira and Cuba covers approximately 120 hectares, of which around 70 hectares are vineyards. The producer is based in Cuba and operates within Alentejo (DOP). In this workbook, organic status is confirmed. The recorded scope is EU Organic (product-specific: Indígena Biológico). Other products or vintages are not automatically covered.
