Herdade dos Outeiros Altos aims to bring together organic farming, biodiversity and Alentejo's winegrowing heritage. The estate works with indigenous grapes and minimal intervention, and is restoring traditional talha vinification to make distinctive wines that reflect the landscape around Estremoz.

The estate uses only Portuguese grape varieties and also makes certified Vinho de Talha using a centuries-old Alentejo method. The combination of EU Organic and V-Label certification is recorded on a product-specific basis. The producer is based in Estremoz and operates within Alentejo (DOP) / Alentejano (IGP). Outeiros Altos Tinto Barrica from Herdade dos Outeiros Altos is a dry red wine from Portugal. This 2020 vintage is made from Aragonez, Trincadeira, Alfrocheiro. The bottle contains 75cl.
