Vineyard of Limeburn Hill Vineyard

Limeburn Hill Vineyard follows biodynamic principles in Somerset and views the vineyard as an interconnected ecosystem. The small estate aims to make natural wines that reflect the soil and vintage, with manual work and biodiversity at its heart.

The vineyard has approximately 1,800 vines and eight grape varieties. The grapes are harvested by hand and the labels are hand-printed. In addition to natural wine, the estate also produces eau-de-vie. Its own grapes are spontaneously fermented to make pét-nat, dessert wine and spirits, among other products; fining and filtration are avoided wherever possible.
