Oxney Organic Estate aims to demonstrate that high-quality English wine and certified organic farming can work exceptionally well together. The estate carefully manages its soil and biodiversity and produces expressive still and sparkling wines that are grown and made entirely on the estate.

Oxney is one of the United Kingdom’s largest single-estate producers of organic wine. Its plantings include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Seyval Blanc. Accommodation is also available on the estate. Visitors can explore the organic vineyard and winery, taste at the cellar door and stay in the country house, shepherd’s huts or nearby accommodation.

Blanc de Blancs from 2022 from Oxney Organic Estate is a dry sparkling wine. In aroma and taste, the emphasis is on lemon, green apple, ripe pear and a soft mineral impression. The fine effervescence, fresh acidity and well-kept structure provide an energetic, balanced aftertaste. The wine is made from Chardonnay; the alcohol content is 12%. Serve well chilled as an aperitif or with seafood, light starters, soft cheeses and festive appetizers.
