Quinta do Infantado is a family business centred on independence, tradition and estate bottling. From the Cima Corgo, the Roseira family makes characterful Douro and Port wines, with attention to organic farming and the fullest possible expression of its own estate.

Founded in 1816 and associated with the Roseira family for six generations. In 1979, the estate broke with trading tradition by bottling Port itself at the estate. The producer is based in Covas do Douro, Sabrosa and operates within Douro / Porto (DOP). In this workbook, organic status is confirmed. The recorded scope is EU Organic (PT-BIO-03; product-specific: Ruby Reserva Bio). Other products or vintages are not automatically covered.

Quinta do Infantado 10 Years Old Tawny from Quinta do Infantado is a sweet red wine from Portugal. This NV vintage is made from Field Blend. The bottle contains 75cl and has an alcohol content of 20%. The flavour profile features ripe red and dark fruit, spices and a subtle earthy note, with a balanced structure, well-judged tannins and a lingering finish. It pairs well with grilled meat, stews, mushrooms or mature cheese. Serve at an appropriate temperature and, for more complex wines, allow a little air if needed so that the aromas and structure can fully develop.
