Oxfordshire Red Wine without a listed vintage from Sunnyhill Vineyard is a dry red wine. In aroma and taste, the emphasis is on blackberry, black cherry, plum and peppery spices. Juicy fruit, fresh acidity and controlled tannins give the wine a smooth structure and a spicy, accessible finish. The wine is made from Rondo; the alcohol content is 12%. Serve slightly chilled with poultry, mushrooms, grilled vegetables, charcuterie, or mild, semi-hard cheeses.
