Vignoble du Château de Bousval aims to produce distinctive wine from its own Bousval terroir, rather than imitate a classic foreign style. Respect for the soil, biodiversity and the restoration of former farmland define its organic and Biodyvin-certified biodynamic vision. Origin, transparency and sustainable development remain central throughout.

The estate covers approximately 8.2 hectares with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. Plots are managed individually according to soil and position; spontaneous fermentation takes place in stainless steel, concrete, amphorae and used wooden barrels. Since 2025, the estate says it has been energy self-sufficient. Guided tours combine wine, contemporary art and the story of the restored land.
