Les Pervenches aims to bottle the living character of the vineyard and the vintage. Organic and biodynamic cultivation, extensive handwork and minimal intervention are focused on juicy, vibrant wines that express the identity of each plot without embellishment.

The wines ferment spontaneously and are bottled unfiltered and without added sulphites. The estate in Farnham covers just over four hectares and is not normally open to the public.
