Wijndomein Oud Conynsbergh aims to let the Boechout terroir speak as purely as possible. Biodynamic vineyard management, limited yields, natural fermentation and minimal sulphite use support its ambition to produce characterful Flemish wines with a small environmental footprint and strong local roots. Origin, transparency and sustainable development remain central throughout.

Four vineyards with different soils and microclimates produce Auxerrois, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay, Muscat and sparkling wine, among others. Press residues are fermented again and double-distilled to create Sterke van Boechout, sometimes matured in different types of wood. Visitors can book guided tours, visit the wine bar on Sundays, and walk or cycle past the plots around the historic mill.
