Vineyard of Wijngaard van Ditshuizen (Tuinderij Zonneklaar)

Wijngaard van Ditshuizen builds on the organic family tradition of Tuinderij Zonneklaar in Groesbeek. On land where vegetables and fruit have been grown for generations, the family has also produced wine since 2005. The vineyard aims to make local organic wines and introduce visitors to the combination of agriculture, family history and hospitality. The handover to the next generation creates scope for further development and wine tourism.

The first wine was made in 2007. The cuvées bear the Zonneklaar name and include white, red and rosé wines, a Brut with a second fermentation in bottle, and an orange wine made from Souvignier Gris. Planted varieties include Johanniter, Souvignier Gris, Cabernet Blanc and Pinotin. Guido van Ditshuizen junior is gradually taking over the business.
