Wijngoed De Vallei is the small-scale estate of Jacques and Annie Gruson-Wyffels in Westouter. Guided by conviction, they chose certified biodynamic viticulture, centred on vital soils, natural preparations and harmony with the rhythms of plants and their environment. Origin, transparency and sustainable development remain central throughout.

The estate began in 2010 and contains approximately 1,200 vines on half a hectare. After experience with conventional cultivation, Jacques and Annie made a decisive move to organic and subsequently biodynamic viticulture. They completed training and visited French biodynamic winegrowers. The Demeter label confirms their methods; the small scale allows intensive personal care of the soil and vines.
